Terms and Conditions for the Learner Pack

All Learner Packs issued by us, LI & NDP LIMITED T/A Let’s Instruct Learner, are subject to the following terms and conditions. When you place an order for a Learner Pack and we, LI & NDP LIMITED T/A Let’s Instruct Learner, accept it, a legally binding contract is made, the terms and conditions of which are set out below.

Purchase and Description

Product Description

The Learner Pack is a digital and/or physical resource designed to support learner drivers in preparing for their driving test. The pack may include but is not limited to:

  • A unique redemption code for access to online learning materials.
  • Printed or digital instructional materials, guides, or progress tracking tools.
  • Access to exclusive learning resources on our website.

Purchase Process

  • Orders for the Learner Pack can be placed via our official website or authorised resellers.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order, including the redemption code, if applicable.

Delivery

  • Digital materials, including the redemption code, will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • If physical materials are included in the Learner Pack, they will be dispatched via our standard delivery service. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details or external courier issues.

Price and Payment

  • Prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing or promotional offers at any time.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to the Refund Policy section.
  • If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team promptly.

Redemption Code Terms

Redemption Code Usage

  • The Learner Pack includes a unique redemption code that can only be used once on our website.
  • The redemption code has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not refundable.
  • Redemption codes cannot be replaced if lost, corrupted, or redeemed by unauthorised persons. If you are sending the code to another person, we strongly recommend using a secure method.

Redemption Process

  • The code must be redeemed on our website within the validity period.
  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the code is used before the expiration date.

Validity Period

Redemption codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended for any reason.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt must be retained as proof of purchase for redemption purposes. Receipts must include the purchaser’s name, date of purchase, and the amount paid.

Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Policy

  • Purchasers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us directly.
  • Once a refund is issued, the redemption code will be voided and cannot be used.
  • There is no need to return physical materials to process the refund.

Usage Restrictions

Non-Transferability

  • Redemption codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named in the purchase details.
  • Any attempt to duplicate or tamper with the code will render it invalid.

Fraudulent Activity

  • We reserve the right to reject any code we believe has been tampered with, fraudulently used, or replicated.
  • If fraudulent activity is discovered after redemption, the purchaser will be liable for reclaiming any resulting amounts.

Liability and Support

Website Access

  • Access to online resources requires an internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection.

Customer Support

  • If the code has not been received within 72 hours of purchase, please contact us for investigation or reissue.

Instructor Arrangements

  • We do not provide details of approved driving instructors. Users are responsible for arranging lessons directly with an instructor and ensuring their compatibility with the Learner Pack.
  • We are not liable for any actions or inactions of driving instructors.

Data Protection

Privacy and Marketing

  • We may use your details to send marketing communications if you have opted in.
  • All personal information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our privacy policy.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Statutory Rights

  • Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
