2. Recording the Test Route: To claim a refund, you must record the entire route taken during your official driving test. The recording should clearly show that you followed the examiner’s directions throughout the entire test without taking any wrong turns or deviations.

3. Submitting the Route: After completing your test, you must submit the recorded route to us for verification. We’ll compare it against the routes published in RouteBuddy at the time of your test.

4. Full Refund: If we confirm that the exact route you took was not available on RouteBuddy at the time of your test, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.

5. Timeframe for Claims: All claims must be submitted within 14 days of your driving test date.

6. One Claim Per Customer: Each customer is entitled to make one claim under this guarantee per purchase of the RouteBuddy.co.uk
